What to Expect

Yoga in the hills
Sessions take place on a timber-floored terrace open to the forest canopy, 1,400m above sea level. The sound of Himalayan birds, the cool mountain air, and the absence of traffic create an environment that most yoga studios spend thousands trying to replicate.

All levels welcome
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the programme meets you exactly where you are. Classes are capped at 8 participants so instructors can offer individual modifications.

Ayurvedic nourishment
Every meal is prepared according to Ayurvedic principles — seasonal, grounding, and vibrant with colour and spice. The chef works with local organic farms and adjusts menus based on the group's constitution.
