Mo:Mo is Nepal's most complex — over 200 distinct varieties developed across 1,500 years of trade, festival, and family tradition. Each dish we prepare tells a story: chatamari was street food for traders, yomari is offered to the harvest goddess, sel roti is fried for festivals.

Hands-on cooking

Roll up your sleeves in our kitchen. SASANE Sister will teach techniques passed through 4+ generations — the exact pressure for Mo:Mo folding, the timing for steaming and the spice ratios no cookbook has recorded.

SASANE sisters did not learn these recipes during their training — rather from their community, who supported their bold vision to sustain through tourism. Here you will obseve SASANE's work, get involved in understanding the gravity of work we are doing and leave with a positive feel that creates an aura of its own.
